Battered Fish Fillet
Ingredients
2 fish fillets
2 cups vegetable oil
2 cups Hinds Lemon and Herb Southern Style Coating
1 bottle 375mls beer
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Mix beer, Hinds Lemon and Herb southern style coating to smooth consistency
Meanwhile heat oil in sauce pan to medium high heat
Dunk a fish fillet at a time in the batter
Make sure to coat each fillet in the batter and get rid of any run off
Place in hot oil and deep fry each piece individually for 6-8mins until golden brown and crispy
Enjoy with wedges or fries with an ice cold beer!
