Bean Stew


1 pound ground beef

1 yellow onion chopped

2 cups Kablangetti beans

1 diced tomato

1 cups sweet corn

2 cups beef stock

1 cup crushed tomatoes

Soy sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

Mexican spice mix (1/2 teaspoon chili,1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1⁄2 teaspoon dried oregano, 1/2 teaspoons Hinds paprika, 1 teaspoons ground cumin, 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt, 1⁄4 teaspoon Hinds black pepper, 1 pinch Hinds ground cinnamon, 1 pinch ground cloves)


Add the ground beef and onion to a pot on medium heat and cook until browned then add in the spices and mix well.

Add in the Kablangetti beans, diced tomatoes, corn, stock and crushed tomatoes, mix well and bring to a boil before reducing to a simmer and cooking for 15 minutes before serving.
