Beetroot Chips
Ingredients
5 Large Beetroots ( Sliced into Crisps)
4 Cups Vegetable Oil
Aromat to taste
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Method
Preheat Oil
Fry Beetroot Slices in batches until they fully float to the top of the Oil
Set onto parchment paper to drain off excess oil for 30 mins
Add Aromat, salt and pepper to taste
