Creamy Crayfish Pasta


1 tsp Cayenne Pepper Hinds

1 tsp Ground Black Pepper Hinds

500gms Crayfish

1/4 cup assorted peppers

1/4 cup sweet corn

2 tbsp oil

Bunch of dill

1 cup cream

1/4 cup white wine

3 cloves garlic

1 small red onion


Heat pan and add oil

Fry off onions and garlic

Add crayfish to the pan and fry for another 5 mins and season

Add peppers and sweet corn and cook till semi soft

Add wine and cook down to burn off alcohol

Add cream and pre cooked pasta to pan and cook down to sauce consistency

Chop fresh dill to pasta for extra flavor and fragrance and enjoy!
