Easy Oven-Baked Fish
Ingredients
2 whole gutted and cleaned breams
3 Onions
2 tomato
2 sliced lemons
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh chili
Fresh parsley
Hinds Mixed herbs
Crushed garlic
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Hinds Black pepper
2 Table spoons Cooking oil
Method
Preheat oven the 200°C Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil
Use a sharp knife to lightly score the top of the fish in diagonal lines
In a small bowl mix juice of 1 lemon, fresh chilli, fresh parsley, Hinds Mixed herbs, Crushed garlic, Salt, Hinds Black pepper, 2 Tablespoons Cooking oil.
Brush the mix over fish generously on both sides. Then briefly brush the inner cavity with as well.
Layer onions, then tomato at the base of pan.
Place fish on top then cover with foil
Roast for 18-20 minutes, in the middle shelf of the oven for 20-30 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. (Cooking time will vary depending on the size/variety of your fish.)
Remove from the oven, place sliced lemons in cuts
Serve warm, and enjoy!
