Egg White Omelette


2 Eggs

½ chopped Onion

1 tsp Hinds Potato Spice

¼ cup chopped Polony

¼ cup grated Cheddar Cheese


Separate egg yolks from egg whites

Place egg whites, onions, Hinds Potato Spice, Polony in a bowl and whisk

Heat pan to low heat and add oil

Place egg white mixture into pan

Add cheese to omelet and fold over into a half moon shape

Serve with avocado or tomato with some green chutney and enjoy!!
