French Toast

Ingredients

6 Slices Bread eith white, brown or sourdough

3 Eggs

1 tbsp castor sugar

1 tsp connamon

1/4 tsp salt

1 cup Fresh berries

2 tbsp vegetable oil

Golden syrup or honey to serve

Method

Mix eggs, castor sugar, salt and cinnamon in a bowl

Place egg wash mixture on flat baking tray

Dip bread into mixture making sure to coat on both sides

Mean while heat frying pan with oil

Fry bread slices to golden brown

Serve with fresh berries golden syrup or honey, enjoy!!
