Granola
Ingredients
1 cup Oats
1/4 cup shredded Coconut
1/2 cup Pecans , chopped
1/2 cups Almonds
1/2 cup Pistachios
2 tbsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Hinds Cinnamon
3 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/4 tsp Vanilla essence
1 tbsp Peanut butter
Method
Melt butter, sugar, maple syrup and peanut butter
Mix all ingredients. Bake for 30 minute turning midway
Once cooled add 1/2 cup of raisins
