Greek Style Lamb Chops and Mint Chimichurri
Ingredients
500gms Lamb Chops
1 tbsp Crushed Garlic
1 tbsp Rosemary (chopped)
1/4 cup Honey
1 sachet Hinds BBQ Spice
1 cup Greek Yoghurt
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Method
Mix marinade together
Add Lamb Chops to marinade
Marinate for 4hrs or overnight (preferably)
Grill or Braai for 20mins or to your liking
Set aside Lamb Chops to rest
Serve with Mint Chimichuri and enjoy!!
