Grilled Butternut

Ingredients

1 Butternut

Hinds Barbecue spice

Oil

Method

Heat oven to 200 degrees

Cut the squash in half.

Scoop out seeds and cut crosses over cut side.

Brush with oil, Hinds Cinnamon and season with salt and Hinds black pepper.

Bake for 1 hr or until tender.

Remove squash from oven.

Optional

Fill with Garlic Soy Spinach.

Sprinkle with a little crumbled feta and or nuts.
