Lamb Chops
Ingredients
600g Lamb chops
1 cup yoghurt
1 cup water
1/4 cup honey
2 sprigs rosemary
3 cloves garlic
1/2 large onion
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper (Hinds)
Method
Place garlic, rosemary, onion, yoghurt, honey, salt and pepper in a blender and blend to smooth paste
Marinate the lamb chops over night in the fridge
Grill or BBQ o your looking and enjoy with a glass of Nederburg Baronne.
