Lemon Garlic Butter Fish


2 Fish Fillets

2 Cloves Garlic Minced

Half Onion Sliced ( Thinly)

Sprig of Dill

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Juice of 1 Lemon

1 Cup Butter


Marinate Fish Fillets with Salt and Pepper, Olive Oil and Dill ( 15mins)

Add Butter to pan and melt

Fry off Garlic and onions until translucent

Add fish fillets and lemon to pan and fry over medium heat spooning over the butter and lemon to fillets

Cook for five minutes, place fish fillets on plate and spoon over the sauce
