Mac & Cheese


4 Cups Macaroni

1 cup Flour

2 Cups Cheddar Cheese

1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese

1 Cup Butter

1 Cup Milk

Salt and Pepper to Taste

Sliced Tomato (for garnish)


Boil Pasta in boiling water until el dente, drain and set aside (keep half a cup of the water)

Heat sauce pan and melt butter

Slowly add flour to make a roux (paste)

Add 1 Cup of Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese

Add remaining water, then milk to create a thick cheesy sauce

Add pasta to sauce season to taste

Place pasta into ceramic baking dish top with 1 cup cheddar cheese, tomato and grill to golden brown

Serve with parmesan cheese
