Mashed Potato
Ingredients
5 large potatoes
2 cups milk
1 cup cream
1 cup of butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Peel and chop potatoes
Add potatoes to a pot of boiling water don’t forget to add 2 tsp of salt to the boiling water to season potatoes
Boil until potatoes are soft then strain off the water
Add the butter to the pot on low heat to melt
Then add the potatoes, cream and milk and mash to a smooth silky consistency
Use a popping bag to serve onto plate and enjoy with meat, fish or chicken!
