Potato Tornado


2 medium potato’s

1/4 cup butter or vegetable oil

1 tsp Hinds Chip Seasoning

1 tsp Hinds black pepper

1 tsp Hinds Paprika

1 tsp Hinds Parsley

1 tsp salt

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

2 wooden skewers


Preheat the oven to 160ºC

Skewer potatoes then boil potato’s till el dente 20 mins

Remove from water and gently fan out each potato down the length of the skewer, until you have even gaps between the slices. Brush the melted butter or oil all over the potato’s

Mix herb mix and drizzle over potato’s making sure to drizzle the gaps too!!

Preheat the oven to 160ºC

Grill or oven bake potato’s for 25-30 mins
