Rosemary Butter Ribeye


1 350g Rib Eye

1 sprig of Rosemary

2 Cloves Garlic

1/2 medium Onion ( Chopped)

1 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Oil

Salt and Pepper to taste


Heat pan

Add Oil to pan

Place steak garlic, rosemary and onion in pan and fry on both sides for 5 mins each

Add butter

Turn the heat down to low and spoon butter and oil mixture over the steak for a further 15mins

Add salt and pepper to taste

Serve with fresh salad or potato mash
