Soupu ya Mbuzi
Ingredients
Goat pieces 500gms
2 Bay Leaves
3 Cloves Garlic (crushed)
1 Onion
2 Sprigs fresh Thyme
Green Pepper Corns
Black Pepper Corns
Rock Salt
1 lt. Water
2 tsp Curry Powder
2 tsp Habanero Chili
2 tbsp Oil
Method
Heat pan
Add oil
Fry goat until brown
Add salt and pepper, bay leaves, thyme, garlic, onion, pepper corns, curry and chillie to coat the goat
Add water and boil goat until tender adding more water if need be
Serve with crusty bread
