Spinach and Feta Pie


500 gms Spinach

60 gms Fresh Parsley

60 gms Fresh Dill

½ cup Feta Cheese

½ cup Mascarpone Cheese

½ cup Parmesan Cheese

3 eggs

2 cloves garlic

¼ cup spring onion

Short Crust Pie Filling

2 tbsp Hinds Potato Spice

2 tbsp olive oil


Wilt Spinach in pan, remove from pan then chop

Fry garlic and spring onion in oil and Hinds Potato Spice

Add spinach, parsley, cheeses and eggs to pan and mix well

Cook for 5mins

Add mixture to short crust pie base and cover with pie crust

Cook until golden brown

Serve with chutney and fresh dill
