Spinach Crepe
Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups Spinach
1 tsp Hinds Pure White Pepper
¼ tsp Salt
3 cloves garlic (optional)
¼ red onion (optional)
1 tbsp oil
Method
Mix all ingredients in blender to a smooth consistency
Heat oil on low in pan
Add mixture a cup at a time to pan making sure to spread thinly in the whole pan
Cook for 2 mins then flip over and set aside
Add your favorite filling to the crepe and roll and enjoy as guilt free snack or breakfast
