Tomahawk Steak


1 350g Prime Rib

1 tsp Sugar

1 tbsp Hinds BBQ Spice

1 tsp Thyme

Sprig of Rosemary to Garnish


Rub Steak with sugar, Hinds BBQ Spice and thyme

Set aside to marinate for about 45mins

Grill on BBQ on each side for 5mins

Remove from heat and rest meat for a further 5 mins

Slice and enjoy with a cold beer!!

Note we cooked meat to Medium Rare as a preference, if you prefer the meat cooked a little more please do
