500gm Chicken Feet

1/4 cup vegetable oil

2 tsp Hinds Paprika

2 tsp Hinds Turmeric

1 tsp Hinds White Pepper

1 tbsp Hinds Madras Curry Powder

1 sachet Portuguese Chicken Spice

3 Cloves Garlic (minced)

1 Onion Medium (diced)

1 sachet Rhodes Tomato Paste

1 tbsp Sugar


Heat oil in deep pot

Brown chicken feet

Add garlic and onion and fry for 5 mins

Add turmeric, paprika, white pepper, Portuguese Chicken Spice and curry and fry until spices are combined

Add tomato paste and sugar

Add 500mls water bring to the boil then turn down to a simmer for 15mins

Season with salt and pepper to your liking and enjoy with Nshima or Rice with your favorite vegetables!!
